MC Crashing pls help fast

Hi, I have a problem when I join a MC server it runs for like 1 second and freezes. I can still hear people running around me and stuff like that. Its very frustrating. I allocated like 3GB of ram (8GB system wide) and I just really want this to stop. Pls help if you have an answer

1. Turn output logs on (learn how by reading this http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/guides/minecraft-logs/)
2. Login to any server you desire.
3. Wait for it to freeze/crash
4. Insert the logs onto this thread so we can get a brief understanding.

I myself am not good at reading through these errors as there much different than console errors (plugin wise). But I believe your missing some sort of mods.

"FML Netty Client IO #5 info Attempting connection with missing mods [mcp, FML, Forge, PlayerAPI, ArmorStatusHUD, bspkrsCore, StatusEffectHUD, sidebarmod, keystrokesmod, LunatriusCore, Schematica, ToggleSneak] at SERVER"

By any chance do you have any of the above in your mods folder? if so try emptying your mods folder. When I tried logging in I didn't get a error.

I believe your still missing the following; mcp, FML, and Forge. Try deleting Minecraft completely off your computer and reinstalling it at Minecraft.net along with having forge installed onto your computer.
