Duties
• Moderating Discord Channels – Enforce rules, handle inappropriate behavior, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Answering Community Questions – Provide information and support to members.
• Handling Support Tickets – Assist users with inquiries, event sign-ups, and technical issues.
• Managing Role Assignments – Ensure creators, players, and staff have the correct roles.
• Engaging with the Community – Foster discussions, encourage participation, and create an active environment.
• Assisting with Event Announcements & Updates – Ensure members are informed about upcoming events, schedule changes, and important news.
Requirements
Prior experience being a moderator in Minecraft and Discord moderation.
A good knowledgebase about commands.
Availability.
Be passionate about Minecraft.
