Mc glitch

This keeps happening to me where mc just signs me out and when I log back in it says

"Invalid email or password
If your account was created after November 2012 or if it has been migrated, use your email. Otherwise, use your username."

then a few hours later it lets me... how do I fix this?

Might be because you are mojang blocked (this happens if you try to log into too many accounts within a short period of time).
