Hello! First let me introduce myself, my name is Mike, I'm looking for a job currently to be a support representative for a Minecraft server host.

What I know:
I have been playing Minecraft for awhile now, around 2 years and have made a few servers and learned a lot from them. I would know how to help a player if something is wrong with their server, if they need help with FTP I also have a good knowledge on how to use that. Over time I have also learned how to use MultiCraft well.

I know more than what I have listed here, but I am still learning as well and I still have a lot to learn as a fact.

Time:
I am very active and most likely can answer many support tickets and also be on live chats a lot.

Monday-Friday: 7-8AM, 4-11PM
Sat-Sun: 10AM-11PM

These are just estimates, on weekdays between those times I can usually be on to answer support tickets from my phone.

Pay:
I am looking to do this if I am Paid only, but I do not ask for much, just has to be reasonable.

Overall I would say I would be more useful if anything goes wrong or if anybody needs help with anything server wise.

Please PM me with if you are interested. Thanks!

P.S: I apologize if I posted this thread in the wrong section:p

This isn't how you apply for a job, you contact your hosting company of choice directly and give them your resume.
While you are right in a sense, people post here all the time, and it's the same as posting your resume on like craigslist, people looking to hire people go and look for what they need and contact the person if they are interested in hiring them.

I'll keep you in my mind, XenoNode is planning on opening Minecraft hosting in February. Though do you have experience in system administration?

Hello Mike!

SupremeHosting (http://supremehosting.org/) is hiring, please E-Mail your cv/resume to [email protected] and in the subject please put "SupremeHosting JOBS" so we pickup the email as an application and he'll be able to help you from there onwards.

Please include all previous hosting experience you may have, from Multicraft to WHMCS billing.
