I did acknowledge that there would be a backup so I decided to look over all of rules and t&s for all violations and color code and organised them for my support thread, yet no response. Others with tickets on Allen have had no response and ignored.

They might be who knows. They said that they were going to potentially find new staff members which means the older ones might get promoted.
