Every time I login to McM, even if I have logged in with the IP before, I get an email sent titled with "Minecraft Market: Login from new IP". I disabled it in security settings, but I still get sent the emails. Please fix this because it constantly floods my email with useless mail that I constantly need to delete.

Proof I disabled it in security settings (I DID SAVE CHANGES, refreshed and showed disabled still):

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

How many new IPs are you using lol
I rarely logon from a new ip
I would say it's not relevant, but the fact it still happens is a bug.

Can confirm it happens with me too.

happens to me too. When I log on MC-Market using discord's alternate Safari it constantly informs me of a new ip log in

Thank you for the feedback! Please keep in mind that the disabling feature also doesn't work.

It seems to log me out every time I leave my browser. Aren’t cookies meant to prevent this?

Not a priority, but instead of IP we could be using a mix of a user's location and ASN in the future to prevent this from happening.

I'll pendingify this boy, thanks for the suggestion.

This is something that I've briefly looked into and have found that this bug no longer exists (or at least I haven't been able to replicate it).

If I am mistaken and this is still an issue, then it's likely that our migration to XF2 that's occurring in a little while will fix it anyways. If that's not the case and even on XF2 the issue still persists, please open another bug report and link to this one in it.

I'll move this to the bug report archives, thank you for reporting this issue!
