If done a scam report will be created requesting compensation of 10 times the original amount paid in addition to all sales made by the work. In addition do not put your name nor copyright onto anything as well. Do not redistribute anything I create as well ( includes just mainly psd files - png files can just be downloaded ) without my permission. Also for monetary or self-gain. Any leakage or monetary/self-gain of files owned by me without permission will have a scam report made. Self-gain is, but is not limited to, posting a youtube banner template on a website for youtube banners where you can earn money through clicks and downloads without permission, or the posting of work on a youtube channel.

4. Graphical/music/art add-ons that exceed the primary job description will be done at my discretion. If at any time, I have completed the primary job description I may opt out of the extra work with the promised pay for the initial work w/o a - or neutral rep, banter, or a devouch. Add-ons are done as a favor.
4. No chargebacks. If I find the situation worthy of a refund I will refund. I would recommend the first thing you do if there is a problem is contact me.
5. Once the account is yours, it is yours. You are responsible for what happens to it.
6. If at ANY time, you get banned for scamming, I have full rights to charge back on you or take something I own away. No matter the service, what I bought, or purchased. If you get banned for scamming, I also have the right to pull back anything. This doesn't apply for excess violation of the rules ( unless ofcourse, warning points were handed out for not fulfilling a giveaway or something related to but not limited to the following: not giving the whole product, not paying a server payout, or not paying domain renewals when in the contract it clearly states that the renewals will be paid for, for the next 3 months. This rule also doesn't apply to underage account bans. Just scamming.
7. When I create work and it happens to have a watermark or signature on it you may not edit or remove the signature/watermark without asking me first & getting approval. If done a scam report will be made.
