I have just recently (as of yesterday) bought this resource by MarkElf. As though I bought it last nigh I still have not gotten the ability to download the item as it has been a full 12 hours since I have purchased this item.
I can show proof of purchase if needed!
How long does it take for payments to go through?

ehmm , its should immediately transfer .. did you payed via paypal ? and maybe you need to confirm the payment or maybe your paypal or he's is blocked to diffrent areas in the world ( this bug sometimes happens cus of paypal ) problems

tjrgg still needs to fix the IPN for the site's resources. Till then, resource owners have to manually credit users to their resources after they are shown proof of purchasing it. It's been quite fun (much sarcasm here) for me as the buyer list also reset and I had well over 80 buyer last time I checked.
