Furthermore, this TOS is subject to this forum. A TOS breach results in several warning points and/or a ban. MC-Market is a legally registered company and reserves all rights to take sufficient action on anything - for any reason. Told or untold.

While Ajdin may not be able to stop the use of the domain, he can stop it from being sold and sufficiently punish the appropriate user for obviously breaking the TOS, even after warning.

Both decently sized forums (one is quite a lot bigger) but that doesn't mean they can do anything against eachother. It's likely if they even requested a trademark that it would get declined.
