Hello I recently bought a Factions spawn, and there is only a schematic provided that crashes servers and is really hard to paste into a world.

The owner says contact me if you want it pasted into a world. I've contact the owner, but he's been in-active so I don't know what to do, as I payed for a factions spawn that does not work. Other people got schematics pasted into a world, but now I can't as the owner has been in-active for a while.

I'm not sure what to do, and if someone could contact me/respond on what I should do because of this.

Just use mcedit or fastasyncworldedit and the problem should be gone

Use MCedit, it can paste in anything of any size into any worldfile.
The schematic works just fine, it's your server that simply can't handle it.
RaumatiRebel scam reports are a last resort. If he had pasted in the schematic and it turned out to not be there, he should contact the guy to fix it, and if he refused, THAT would be scam report time.

Until then, this is just a case of getting it pasted in without crashing. Which brings us back to MCedit or Async worldedit.
