While watching this I couldn't help but be reminded of what it's like issuing a verbal warning (not to even mention a point warning) on some members of our community. Especially near the end.
Absolute accuracy from the logic down to the high pitched screaming.
Of course, not everyone is like this, however, as anyone in the business of dealing with people would be forced to realize, some people require more patience than others.
Let's all strive to never be like this lady here, for starters.
