You should probs just contact the staff(like pm them) rather then create a ticket(as they have a lot of tickets to go through). Good luck though.

Will not mention the name, but I opened a report for possible proof that a guy was exit scamming and it took almost a month before staff started to investigate. I ended up doing some work for the staff and about another month later he replies saying that he was "busy". And it's weird because I had a good impression with the staff that dealt that ticket and it seemed that he would be able to investigate well.
The people that were involved in the "scam" ended up working it out, but imagine if it was a real situation where a guy just exit scammed and wasn't caught until much later after scamming more people.
It also took me over a month to get the generous medal.
