- The account section was added back, but has all this crap now. You can't make a shop, and you can't even edit your posts.

At least you can sell accounts, right? You have no idea how hard it was to get accounts back on the forum. And frankly, I don't gain much from it at all and it somewhat hurts to see people not being happy with what they get. The system was implemented a month ago and is in no way final.

It's only a start. The infrastructure of MC-Market is changing. We have Lyphiard as our own in house developer and it's helping us out greatly.

That's your opinion and you're entitled to have it. I'm not going to argue that.

You're pretending like this is the only forum it's happening at. Pretty much any forum with a somewhat gaming or programming subject is going through this. It's the internet in general.

An opinion you're entitled to have. I'm on vacation and I'm planning to do some events and improvements to the server once I get back.

- The staff is just too strict. Seriously. A different well-known member is banned each week bc of Warning Points.

This is just ridiculous. Read the damn rules. There are people with more posts than you that have 0 warning points. Yes, members get suspended but that's how it goes. You stack up warning points, you get suspended. All warnings are handed out with valid reasons. If you've been treated unfairly, my inbox is open to complaints.

What's so bad about that? Apparently competition is not good. Just because you're failing at a service doesn't make the whole forum bad lol. This is basic marketing and business management. Just like you need techniques to pull customers in the real world, you need them here too.

You know what's funny? You joined about half a year ago and you're claiming it's gotten worse. I find it fairly odd that you know how the forum was previously. People were getting permanently banned for the silliest reasons, there was censorship all over the place, staff members were inactive, there was no support request system, suggestions weren't being dealt with and updates were not as promising as they are now.

Improvement? Definitely. More room for it? Definitely.

It got resolved after all, didn't it? That's what matters imo. And letting rulebreakers argue a possible warning before it's even handed out is a terrible idea. You can always appeal a warning or punishment afterwards.

I got a warning point for saying lol on a thread.... I was told it was unnecessary? The thread was a MCM drama alert, which was obv a joke. And your BEST (sarcasm) moderator did it! (M6) I would not consider that valid

No matter what, when you get a group of power hungry 12 year old kids together, you can't expect to have any sort of positive result, sad as it is. The community is as bad as ever, but at least the EULA has forced people to be creative with what they are doing.

Unfortunately, there is no effective way to deal with VPN's. All we can do is catch them by someone figuring out a sufficiently solid link between 2 accounts.
If we blocked any and all known VPN's, assuming that's even possible, we'd be blocking half our userbase.

Yeah. Well right now I am doing the best I can to report people breaching the rules.

I find it ironic that you criticize everything, but then you don't do shit for this community and troll.

To the main post, BeBosny is putting MCM in the right way, staff is getting more efficient. The scams part is obvious, it's just something that will always be there in any community.

The reason a different 'well known' member is banned each week is because said members start breaking the rules like mad, or have always been doing so. Most of them are banned for excessive rules violations, meaning they stacked up warning after warning until it got them banned. That they don't know how to follow rules is not our problem.
And in many cases, there's nothing strict about it. I have seen the occasional situation where a warning was given for something trivial, but the overwhelming majority are just people that continue to behave like absolute trash or breaking the rules like there's nobody's business even after receiving verbal warnings.

Yes, but these warnings should expire after a period of time. I've gotten warnings that I believe were unjustified. I have 5 points for "Selling Unmigrated Accounts" when I NEVER sold unmigrated accounts!

You understood what I say. You complain with the shit that happens here, but you don't have the rights to do it when you troll yourself - create troll accounts and such - insult, etc. You are apart of the shit that happens. If you don't like it, deal with it because you're no good to this.
