Citadel is a famous HCTeams event, similair to a KOTH , to win this event a Faction has to cap
a area for 30 mins (configurable). During this event, some Chest loot randomly appear near the cap zone (chest loot location are configurable).

Note: If you have a different HCF Core / Scoreboard plugin, I can easily hook into your plugin (as long as your plugin as a decent API ) to display the Cap Time/Time between each Chest loot refill (for free).
