Is this plugin dead or not? Because, there are no updates from the developers. And the core itself is leaked on YouTube.

I think NotoriousCore https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/hcf-notorious-core.29511/ this plugin is not actually leaked and the author updated the plugin today
