There's an app on the play store (it costs $5) for android that converts normal worlds to mcpe worlds. Though you'll have to take into consideration there being different blocks in both versions along with height limit. I've personally used it and found that its the only thing that works.

It seems the layout is similar, but to my eyes, his is a lot more detailed.
