I could offer you a fairly cheap KVM VPS with a large amount of RAM. 16GB, 32GB etc (Up to 80GB) and set it up with a panel (Multicraft of Pterodactyl). Which you could then resell to host MC servers on.

Yes, by default all VPS's come with 1 dedicated IP. But more can be added.

KVM VPS’s perform just about the same as a dedicated server with the same specifications. Due to the resources being dedicated. Only VPS’s like OpenVZ aren’t the best for doing so, since the CPU cores and often RAM too are shared. With KVM they aren't shared.

Not currently no. We plan to in future to still building up the funds to buy the hardware.

Agreed, however I referring to my site and VPS’s, since that’s the context of the reply. The KVM VPS I have are dedicated. I wasn’t really considering other hosts in this since I wasn't referring to those.
