Hey, I am in lots of small communities and groups around 500 or so who all play Minecraft / Roblox. I am very known in these groups and I recommend to these players servers to play so if you have a new server and you would like to advertise your launch with me contact my discord. It costs from £25 - £50 depending on how many players are you looking into getting. If you are intrested please contact me a couple of weeks before launch as it takes time to contact and speak to the communities needed and make them aware of your servers launch.
