I have owned two servers both of which suffered from lack of player base and are no longer available, however, after being the lead developer (Owner) on each of these server's it has given me a good sense of how servers work. I guarantee you I am more qualified than most of the people that ask for pay, I will be able to spend around 5-7 hours on your server daily and will work exclusively for you.
You're probably wondering why I don't want pay and that is for a number of reasons. When I was building my latest server I was forced to do almost all of it my self. Due to my low budget, my staff consisted of one admin and one mod who were the only ones who would work without pay. I don't want those of you with a small budget to be forced to do it yourself like I did. I am happy to work for free for as long as you need.
