Right off the bat - if you just copy & paste your advertisement for your host below, I'll ignore it. Actually read what I'm asking for please.

I'm looking for a nice mine craft host that has a 4GB ram plan, with hosting located in either Texas or New York. The 4gb plan should be under $10 , and the server should come with at least 10GB of storage. If the host is using Multicraft instead of Pterodactyl panel, that's a bonus I'll consider, and I'll be greatly influenced to choose your host if all 4GB of ram is always allocated, instead of what most hosts do, have 4gbs be available, but it doesn't really matter because it allocates it on an as-needed bases, which isn't that good for reducing lag. So if all 4GB are always allocated, that's something i'll definitely consider.
These are kinda tight things I'm asking for, but I mean it's what I'm looking for.

I do have locations in NY/Dallas that have 4GB sellable. My current 4GB plan with my $1GBPRICE coupon would just make it $4 which exceeds your expectations to be in the $10 range. ;3
