Not sure if this is the right place but I'm curious on how much a server bringing $1000+/month in is worth.

Just over 3 months old.

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

This would go to the appraisals section.

Ah nice one. Don't think I can move it though.
I guess. I would recommend adding more information such as; yearly revenue, release date, server type, general info. Can't really appraise the server from just that.

Are plugins custom, is it 1k per month or 1k over three months? If it has custom plugins, active on and 1k per month you could probably sell for 1.5k-2.5k
We have a few custom plugins and another big one in development. It is 1K+/Month.

Nowhere near as much as this people are claiming. You'd be lucky to get about ~1.5k because of how easily things can fall through. Maybe you're racking in $1k/month, but maybe during ownership transition, people just lose interest and now the buyer is only making $200/month.
