Hi there, I'm looking to build up a Portfolio and get some more experience under my belt for this Area of work, all i'm asking for is a chance.

Experience:
I've been staff on a rather large network called MineHeroes - For around 12 months. Averaging around 700-2400 players daily. I worked my way up to the rank of Sr.Mod and I performed my duty well. I enjoyed the experience and opportunity greatly therefore why i'm here today trying to work in the same Field of expertise. Whilst I was there, I learnt a lot of Healthy staffing habits and people-skills.
I am comfortable reading/judging Applications, Handling Staff Subteams, Organizing and Recommending staff/players, Forums / Store Support and Investigating staff behavior.
Why i'm up for the job:
I really have a passion for Staffing and dedicate a great amount of effort when it comes to this sort of work. I find it extremely enjoyable, Because it can relate to my similar attributes outside of the internet, I enjoy setting good examples for others and being a leader. I'm a very social and chill person, so i'm easy to talk to and get along with. I'm also very mature for my age.
Hour Dedication:
Weekdays: 2-6
Weekends: 3-12
Holidays: 4-20
Although I may have no Vouches or Portfolio, I still believe it may be worth your while just to trial me of give me a chance, I can assure you that I won't do wrong by you. Any opportunity is greatly appreciated, because Starting a Portfolio is one of the hardest stages to get by in this Field of work.
