Why Choose Us?:
We offer a large range of services at an affordable price. We hand select the best people to develop your server, and make sure that their work is up to both your standards, and ours. We will ensure that your server is finished within 1 month of us starting work on it.
What We Recommend:
We recommend that you have a beta testing weekend before your release so that we can ensure that we fix all bugs that may arise with your server before your full release. We also recommend that you write a detailed description of exactly what you want and send it to us when you order our services so we have a good understanding of exactly what you want.
What We Require:
1. A Working Minecraft Server for us to Develop(If you do not have 1 we can recommend a company to purchase 1 from)
2. Full Access to the Server Files and FTP
3. A reliable way to Contact You
Payment Methods:
Currently all payments must be made through PayPal. If this is not possible for you, please contact us and we may be able to come up with an alternate payment platform.
Our Responsibilities:
We will take full responsibility for your server up until the completion of our work. Please remember that we will not advertise your server, staff your server, etc. If any feature of your server is not working we will fix it at no charge if contacted within 7 days of the server's completion.
Terms of Service:
1. Upon the server's completion we ask that you ensure that the server meets your requirements
2. You acknowledge that we do NOT give any refunds, but may offer them if we see that it is needed
3. You will not modify any of our files or builds before the completion of your server
4. You must pay a fee of $10 upfront, and everything else can be payed after the server's completion
5. You acknowledge that you must pay 50% of the costs for custom builds upfront
6. You acknowledge that after the completion of your server we are no longer responsible for any aspect of your server including the files that we created
7. You acknowledge that we will NOT work on any servers that are hosted on your home computer.
8. You acknowledge that the MC Starter Team reserves the right to remove any work we have done in the event of payment not being received.
9. You acknowledge that that you must pay 50% of the cost for building and combo packages upfront.
10. You acknowledge that if any portion of our build is "griefed" (blocks removed or added) while we are working on it, we will no longer work on your server regardless if the build is complete or not.
