Job Duties:

• Handle simple to moderate minecraft server and discord server related player issues.
• Work with Management during server updates or maintenance routines.
• Diffuse in game player vs player conflicts and issues.
• Moderate server up-time and player activity.
• Handle and resolve support tickets on Discord

Qualifications:

• 6+ months of experience in server and/or discord moderation.
• Self-motivated and the ability to work and solve problems with minimal assistance.
• Highly organized
• Well-developed communication skills and strong work ethic.
• Familiarity with plugin commands and Minecraft native commands.
• Familiarity with discord and mee6 moderation commands.
• Activity of 2-3 hours on an average day.
• Must be 16 years or older
• Must not be staff on another minecraft server or discord server.

Preferred Skills/requirement:

• 1+ Years of experience in server moderation, admin background
• 1+ Years of experience in discord moderation, admin background
• Available to login 6/7 days out of the week.
• Active server past experience & active references.
• 18 years or older.
