MCColonies - Administration Recruitment
This thread is for the recruitment of Administrators only. We are not attempting to recruit helpers, moderators, managers or developers. Please do not contact me for those positions. Furthermore, I should mention that the Administrator positions are voluntary and will not be paid for in the near future. Any and all applicants must have an understanding of these terms before applying.
The server will be a three server network. We're releasing LifeSteal first, then Colonies and then Oneblock. The colonies server is a fully custom, never seen before, game mode that is currently under extensive development. The ETA for this game mode is around about November/December time therefore we're releasing a LifeSteal server beforehand. All applicants applying for an Administrator role will be an Administrator on all three servers when they release. For the colonies game mode full training will be provided and no experience is necessary as there are no guides anywhere about the game mode.
Requirements
We do not have a lot of requirements and we're not asking for a lot. All that we ask for is:
➥ You have a good understanding of basic commands and plugins such as: Essentials, LifeStealCore, WorldEdit & WorldGuard.
➥ You have experience in Administration as no training will be provided for the LifeSteal server.
➥ A resume is highly recommended but is not absolutely necessary. Applicants without a resume will not hold as much priority as those with a resume.
➥ You are aged at least, by minimum, 16 but the preferred age is 17 + do not contact me if you're younger than 16.
➥ You have a working microphone and a verified discord account (with a verified email).
➥ You are from either North America, South America or Europe. Asian & Australian timezones differ too much from mine & the Owner's timezone too much therefore communication would be minimal and we need good communication with our Administration department.

We are a server called MCColonies and we're currently developing our own custom game mode. Whilst we wait for that game mode we are releasing a LifeSteal server. We have hired Notage as our marketing representatives to assist us through our marketing campaign. Marketing begins in two weeks time, once we've fully completed the server development and got everything in order. Once the development has been completed there will be two weeks of extensive and effective marketing carried out and we are hoping to release, by earliest, September 4th 2022. With that being said, that gives us enough time to complete everything we need to complete and give the Administrators time to learn the game mode to its fullest extent. Once we've released our colonies game mode we will be developing and releasing a Oneblock server as well.
