So Nephratiti is an account of tesc0's which is not allowed for creating multiple accounts from what it shows in the discord proof?

That's correct. The user has changed their discord name to Nepharititi from tesc0, I have old DMs with him as tesc0 and can verify that this is indeed just an alias change.
