MCKillZone - Custom Minigame Network - Seeking Moderators!

Greetings,

I'm one of the owners of the newly-established network, MCKillZone. MCKillZone is a relaunch of an old network founded by dreadiscool. MCKillZone never followed the bandwagon and trend of popular gamemodes, which is what the newest version prides itself on as well. No HCF, no Kitmap, none of that. We are proud to be running custom minigames.

With the advertising we have in plan, we are expecting a playerbase of 30-100. As of right now, we are lacking a large-enough staff team. That's where you (could) help!

Why should you be chosen over everybody else?​

About Me
I am 15 years old as stated above, and I live within the UK which you can also tell from above. I like to play Minecraft in my spare time, really just looking for those top servers.

My Activity
I am a very active person and am usually online for long periods of time which would allow me to moderate the server and catch those hackers frequently. On weekends and holidays, I can usually spend 10+ hours a day within the server however weekdays I can spend around 4+ hours online due to school. Servers I play on I vote on a daily basis, hoping to improve the playerbase and see new people join every day.

My Attitude
I am not a toxic person/gamer, I do not trash talk to other players, I am respectful in-game and out of game. I don't like to see other players being harassed or being targeted in sort of "bullying" behavior and will usually step in to resolve the situation. When I see someone in need of help, I help them to the best extent that I could, whether it's a link to the forums, or usable commands. I will not bend the rules for ANYONE no matter if they are close friends, or a popular person within the community, every person has the same rules applied to every other person. I see myself as a very trustworthy person, I keep what's not public and told to me to myself and only myself.

Why I'd like to be staff on MCSkillZone
I'd like to take this opportunity of being staff on a high potential server, I want the experience, and I want to engage within a new community. This is the first sort of Major server application I have made. I see myself as a very responsible person, I will take consequences for my actions with sufficient reasoning.

Some situations
Chat Flood & Spam - Dependent on what the rules are, I would usually warn them via /warn to stop, if they continue it would be a temporary mute.
Finding a hacker - I would record evidence using OBS and make sure I have what I need to get the hacker banned.

Although I do not currently have a microphone, I am easy to talk too, I am planning to get one soon.

Worked with them for a bit, great team. However, their beta launch was very underwhelming and their advertising plan consists mostly of hiring an arabic YouTuber to make videos on their server. If you accept this job you will most likely be working with arabic players.

Overall, a great team, but I felt it neccesary potential applicants knew this so they can make the choice for themselves.

We decided to scrap that, and instead we've been talking to Cyclone. I'm also renting a .org slot for a few days.
