I am looking for a partner and investor into an old server, custom plugins, two game modes and more to come, I myself have been set up Minecraft servers for over three years, with a ton of experience, I have since bought an old server (player base 500-700), old youtube video HERE, I have the custom plugins but I want to add more to the server and I am in search of a partner that can help me do this.
Requirements:
• Maturity, Age 17-18+, need someone who can joke around but still get the job done, and be respectful all around, I am an easy-going guy, looking for someone who can handle the tasks that need to be completed without fail.
• Ability to invest (with money back after the release) I am looking for someone that has a small amount of money to invest within the server (as I have spent a lot already), after the server is up, the money will be repaid.
+ Management, I want someone with experience running the team to help boost everyone in general, run the staff team when I am not around.
+ Buycraft & Forum experience, a large knowledge with Xenforo and Buycraft to help set a few things up and solve issues.
+ Multicraft/Panel experience
+ Decent knowledge of configuration and plugin works knows how to run a server without fail, and has knowledge in how plugins work, configurations etc.
+ Activity, genuinely someone who will be active and not someone who will join for the first few weeks and never return.
+ Trustworthy, someone who I can trust with password, money and secure servers.

Extra information: Currently four servers are up and running (but are not completed), custom plugins have been created, OP-Prison completed and skyblock coming soon, our main server the kitpvp game mode will be up shortly with me slowly adding things towards it, (no confirmed release date yet).
