MCM Apply for staff

I feel like MCM should have a section where you can apply for staff. This should have certain requirements, like under 30/40 warning points, 3-month-old account, premium/supreme. You should also be able to have 2 options -> Private staff apps and public staff apps, if it's a private one, only mods+ can see it, if it's public, everyone will be able to see it.
^ Of course, this can be edited.

NONE of the apps have to be accepted/denied by BeBos, just it's here to show BeBos what members do stand out and who's willing to write detailed stuff for staff. However, this suggest is entirely up to BeBos.

I know we've had this before, just I think it would be nice to add it back.

No.

There are reasons why it was removed.
Those reasons still apply.

On top of that, with the massive increase in 13 year olds joining this site, and even though the rules clearly state that you cannot apply for staff, they still post in the support requests "hears my staff aply".
Those who stand out get noticed, and not because they know how to smooth talk in an application.
This would serve no purpose.
No purpose other than to create more work for whoever you're suggesting would be in charge of handling these staff applications.

Maybe if our forum was incredibly massive, and we needed more staff members than we could even take responsibility for, this would be considered.
Until that point, I'm so very glad to say, we're able to avoid it entirely.

No, THEY should decide staff members strictly by actions of a user over the course of time..not by what they wrote out in 30 minutes.
