I would assume that is obvious. There is no set payment, although we are working on plans for future writers to accept sponsored work.

One would assume they report on news, announcements or interesting events in the community of MC-Market. I doubt you will be able to advertise your own services while there and they most likely would alert you if the MC-Market website was offline for some reason.
