McM credit system improvement

Enable an option where users can send and receive credits from mcm.
Are you 1 credit short of the rank upgrade you wanted? You can get it without spending an extra $9. You're short by $0.50 at the auctions? Someone can give you that shortfall without having to recharge extra credits.

I think it's a great idea to enable an option where users can send and receive credits from one another. It would definitely make it easier to get the credits needed for a rank upgrade or to cover any shortfalls during auctions without having to spend more money.

This would promote the sale of credits, being used to buy services. Which isn't good or ideal at all.
