Last time i reported someone giving out free spotify accs for rep. The +reps got removed.

I reported someone else who did the same, But now who ever read my report has basically given me a big middle finger.

The reason your reports were denied is because there is no rule against giving people reputation for free items. The problem arises when people are requiring reputation in order for people to receive said product from them.

If you would like to see the reputation rules changed, perhaps put in a suggestion thread.

Oh, I also got talked about for putting "user scams people out of there time", it got removed because it said, "link a scam report". Yeah, let me just make a scam report "How much was scammed? 1 week of time". Like really?

The report was resolved based on the content of the report. If you have proof that users are requring rep for any transactions, feel free to report them with proof.

The thing you are reporting is called a "vouch copy". A vouch is not required, but most of the time it results in one.

Users are responsible for checking the contents of other users' reputation before deciding whether or not to deal with them.[DOUBLEPOST=1535945189][/DOUBLEPOST]
This is something that should be reported separately by reporting the thread or the user.
