MCM Lag = Dupe Thread

Hardcoded is okay.

I need a plugin that does the following:

Console/Admin can run the command /runecrystal give IGN amount

This will give the player an item with the following properties:
Item: 388 (Rune)
Name: &dRune Crystal
Lore:
- '&8&o(( &7&oRight click to receive a'
- '&7&orandom rune. View the list of'
- '&7&lrunes with &d/runelist&7&o! &8&o))'

After the player right clicks this, a firework will shoot out just like CrazyEnchantments releases a firework when you right click a lost book.

Then, it will take the item away and do one of the following based off of percentages.

9% of the time:
Message the player: &8(&d&l!&8) &fYou have just uncovered the lost rune cyrstal and found a &eHaste I &frune!
Run the command: /rs give IGN hastei

9% of the time:
Message the player: &8(&d&l!&8) &fYou have just uncovered the lost rune cyrstal and found a &eSpeed I &frune!
Run the command: /rs give IGN speedi

9% of the time:
Message the player: &8(&d&l!&8) &fYou have just uncovered the lost rune cyrstal and found an &eAuto Smelt &frune!
Run the command: /rs give IGN autosmelt

9% of the time:
Message the player: &8(&d&l!&8) &fYou have just uncovered the lost rune cyrstal and found a &eJumping I &frune!
Run the command: /rs give IGN jumping

9% of the time:
Message the player: &8(&d&l!&8) &fYou have just uncovered the lost rune cyrstal and found a &eJumping II &frune!
Run the command: /rs give IGN jumpingii

9% of the time:
