This would just be one more thing for MC-Market to manage and moderate. If you want to listen to music, have you heard of Pandora or Spotify? Oh, there's also YouTube! It's not really that hard.

Hell, if you really want to share music with other people, create your own dubtrack.fm room. Do you really want a room where MC-Market is managing and moderating it? I doubt it.
