MCM Staff, Opinion.

MCM is honestly driving itself to the ground, some of us are sick of defending it with our own words as it does. Being incapable of doing anything about the fall of MCM, it has been around for a little over a year and I and a lot of others would love for it to go on. But let's be honest it won't survive with the current staff. Most are inactive or incapable of fulfilling their responsibilities. I and others do understand the meaning of having a life outside of Minecraft but taking up the role means making this site a priority. Most of us give our time to this forum and support it with all of our heart yet most of the staff do not return the favor. My opinion is that the staff team should be removed and replaced with people who give a damn about the forum, people willing to give it their all to see this forum alive, people who not only cares about the forum but cares about the community and I don't see any of the current staff members showing those personality features. Correct me if I am wrong but at this point, I see myself being correct. You guys obviously make all the decisions, but you do not let the members of this community have a voice of their own and have an opinion as to what this forum should and should not contain. You all will eventually lose this rude yet amazing community if you don't make a change for the better. If you "Mick" keep telling yourself otherwise you will not get anywhere in life, I don't think you understand the idea of accepting the opinions of a lower class(bad word usage but whatever).

I am not hating on them, I am simply stating what others are afraid to state. I have nothing against them as I said they just aren't capable of doing their jobs and should be replaced with users who are capable.

I just signed up for an MCM copy, #EZFix
If the staff here aren't going to do their job, and aren't going to take in members capable of the job, then this site will die down faster then expected. It will take time, but it will die. I love the site and have put $200+ into it but be honest, it will not last long keeping this up. I have already made a giant post about this so I do not want to go on again, but I am sure many could agree.

After all he did get the website to what it is today. People call him a money whore but what are you on this site to do? To make money! That's why it's a marketplace. Verringer was always loved by the community until a few people got banned for making a site similar to Mc-Market after they saw how many people were on the site. Verringer didn't want the competition to ruin Mc-Market with those people's disrespect towards the site so he banned them. That's when everybody was crying about their friends being banned. Now that we have Mick, everybody is happy. But why? After all, those people who made other sites similar to Mc-Market are still banned. So after that entire lift story , back to your ideas that I saw on your thread, why do you hate the staff? We have more scam reports staff than ever before. We finally have a warnings system to keep bad posts filtered from the site.

People are salty because they want Mick and the staff members to do what they want instead of what's best for the site.

I find on my servers that the people who complain about the quality of staff are the same people who desperately want a position on the staff team themselves. However, what ends up happening with this is that they end up giving a negative impression to the individuals (in my case myself and my administration teams) who have weight in the official decision making on the site and jeopardizing their chances of even being considered at all.

While your intention is good and it is obvious that you're fond of our website, I wouldn't personally suggest attacking the owner of this website on a personal level because you want to become a staff member.

It's not really the staff, but it's of the favoritism. Us members signed up for the forums in order to gain money, but at the same time have a voice. I created a thread yesterday (suggestions) and it was talking about the advertisement of Affixes. About 90 agreed with the removal of it. And it was removed, might be for some flame on the thread or something. Well as we know, the site is driving down from before, mainly because not a lot of staff is active. The staff member ratio is 0.003 (something like that). In order to help fix it, I'd suggest the staff to actually listen to members, and their opinions then you can rationalize what to do next. We all know MCM has problems.

Okay once again, like I said before this is not hating this is a matter of wanting the staff replaced with those who ACTUALLY do their job. It took Anthony almost a week and half the ban a kid over $8 when I specifically asked him more than once to ban him I didn't care about the refund because the kid wasn't going to fight the chargeback. Which I was right about and he decided to wait more than a week to ban him. Then to rocket who took longer than it should have to close a scam report. I repeatedly asked him to do this job while he was lounging around on SB messing around. I had to call him out for him to do his damn job. This is not the type of staff that should be on the team sure the site is better than it use to be, but the point is it being a little better does not change the fact that people are still leaving due to the fact of staff wrongly banning users or not doing their job. Look above people are registering for mcm copy because they are losing hope in this site. You can't keep fighting the truth, if you do then by the time you open your eyes it will already be too late.

I never once mentioned on this site or to anyone that I wanted to be staff, I am here to sell my services and work on my site and other projects I have been offered to work on. I do not tend to apply for staff or however you achieve it. I am just bluntly speaking what lots are thinking you may not think its true but it is.

You'd need to review the report many times in order to be able to justify the report. If he just banned him because you requested him to be banned, the other member could've been legit and you guys just had a misunderstanding. You have to understand their jobs aren't easy because the community puts so much pressure on them. That's why 3 staff members resigned in the course of like 3 months. Those staff members were Jack, Myiume and @Verringer. You're not making the lives of the current staff members any better with this thread. Your scam reports also won't be getting resolved any quicker with this thread.

You obviously aren't listening to what I am saying. I am saying that I talked to Anthony R myself personally and he said he was GOING to ban him but after the kid gave refund and I constantly asked him to forget about the refund because I had that covered myself, when it was just $8 now if you have seen all proof that the user is scamming and agreed to ban him then you should do it right away, not wait another week when he could scam another user within that week. You making excuses for them is not helping their case. As for Verringer resigning he did not resign within 3 months, he resigned a year later AFTER making this forum. If I am not mistaken (Going off the updates and announcements threads on that one.)
