When the new staff were promoted they were the most active for like the first week...
Then they become less active, and then inactive...

and yeah I agree, there are some of us here who are active all day long, and most of the staff are not.

I doubt it speaking "Rocket" is just watching the thread and agreeing to everyone who's against this post. K3Feedz personally pmed me about this asking what I suggest they do (My suggestion create a new staff team and allow community to have input on it.); As for any other staff they are inactive like I said before.

I find on my servers that the people who complain about the quality of staff are the same people who desperately want a position on the staff team themselves. However, what ends up happening with this is that they end up giving a negative impression to the individuals (in my case myself and my administration teams) who have weight in the official decision making on the site and jeopardizing their chances of even being considered at all.

While your intention is good and it is obvious that you're fond of our website, I wouldn't personally suggest attacking the owner of this website on a personal level because you want to become a staff member.

The main problem is that no one is listening to the community here. I have talked to a few staff members who make excuses instead of consideration for what the community wants. I don't feel that it has anything to do with the quality of the staff. From what I have seen, the staff members have been great with bans, reports, broken rules.

But, the people who voice opinions about MC-Market are usually ignored and disrespected. If it wasn't for our voice, there would be no large MC-Market community whatsoever. One instance is when threads that argue against the staff members are locked for a reason beyond the people who joined the thread. If the staff members gave a good reason and listened to the community, there might be a chance that MC-Market would not fall down the gutter.

The last major thread against the staff was deleted, not even locked - it's getting worse.

It seems to me that only the old members are complaining and that happens everywhere not only on sites like these, i remember doing the same because i was scared for a change. I can only state my opinion and what i have to say so that would be if there isn't any problems right now (actual issues) then there is really no need to complain it seems like the new users love it. I remember being one of the first people out of my group of friends to be introduced to this site and when i introduced them they became addicted which is great. So lets just carry on enjoying what MCM brings to the table and not be worried about anything if there isnt any issues.

You guys should remove every ban that's not documented or has evidence pre-Mick, since so many of them were put in place simply because Verringer didn't like someone. I can literally name a couple dozen people who were unjustly banned.
