I think that staff should write a weekly post about how many support tickets, feedback reports and other stuff like that. Right now, I've been getting a lot of people speaking out against staff, I don't think the problem is too little staff or lazy staff, I think it's bad communication between the actual staff members and community about how much work they are doing and have. I just think that this will improve the understanding between staff and community. Kram Justis and Mick thoughts?

Yeah there is, users would be able to figure out an estimate of when they'd get a reply to a ticket, instead of being left in the dark thinking that it'll never be replied to.
If this feature was implemented, how would this "estimate" be calculated? I believe that staff members don't just hop on the website for 8 hours straight responding to support tickets. Most of them have better stuff to do and help moderate the website at different times throughout the day.

Once again I don't think this information should be public. The people who run this site should view the stats themselves and determine if they're meeting their quota. Implementing this feature could also backfire. For example, what if Kram wants to go on vacation to Rhode Island and does not moderate on the website for a week. What if users (who don't know he's on vacation) start posting to demote kram for being an inactive staff member?

I feel like one thing that people lack most on this website is patience. There are some times where I could get a response for a support ticket within 15 minutes and sometimes it could take days. Just be patient, if it's that much of an emergency just message a staff member that's online or post about it in the SB.

I didn't say that it should calculate an actual estimation, users can do that themselves. Also I'm meaning showing the totals, not the stats for individual staff members.

Also, there could be a list of staff that are on leave.

I would rather have them focus their time and efforts on actually doing what they’re supposed to do instead of taking the time to write weekly update threads. Now if you wanted to include a section within update threads that briefly goes over staff team performance that wouldn’t be bad.

Also state run media is always super reliable Kappa

We include information about our future plans and what we've been working on and sometimes our plans for the future, but I don't see a need to publish that sort of information publicly. No company ever publishes that sort of information for good reason, and it won't really resolve anything.

Denied, thanks for the suggestion
