MCM Username Question

I want to change my MCM username to Squid since my Minecraft username is Squid__
There is a user that is banned who is using this username but I want to use it.
If it's possible to change the banned users username to something else so then I can change my username on MCM to Squid.

Even if the moderator wasn't your friend it would get fixed anyway. Name the moderator that is your friend, then.

The username request doesn't meet the requirements so the username request form will be rejected as it doesn't meet the requirements.
