So what does "community risk" really mean as they're using it pretty vaguely in the bans

I asked some staff, and I was told "They posed a risk to the community" which provides zero clarification, lul.

I'd assume something such as DOXing or spreading malicious software would pose a community risk, but those ban reasons typically specify exactly what they did (ie: Banned for DOXING), so I'm interested as to know what is considered a community risk.
