Fortnite was recently removed from both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store over an exclusive payment system built into the game. As a result, Epic Games has opened a law suit on both stores over monopolistic practices in software distribution and payment processing on mobile devices. On an unrelated note, Epic Games themselves are being sued by Florida's Coral Castle for trademark infringement.
