Alright, so if this happened, I would be so happy. What if there was a MC-Market app for Apple and Samsung phones. Literally has the same stuff and things, just better support instead of using a browser.

Like MCM dosnt make any money?

They should
Sure, but just because they make money doesnt mean they should just make a big pile out of it and throw a match on. "MCM makes money" is 0 excuse for making them it on stuff they dont need.

Idk if you're in the habit of spending any allowance or salary you get on random gadgets or fancy clothes/shoes etc, but lemme just tell you that that's not how good financial decisionmaking works.

It’s perfectly fine on safari. There’s no reason to create an app.

There are 2 more open suggestions for an app
https://www.mc-market.org/threads/249195/
https://www.mc-market.org/threads/276309/ (this one had the most promise in my opinion)
The ForumApps suggestion was considered by Mick but I believe his problem was it didn't support add-ons
https://xenforo.com/community/threa...tive-xenforo-apps-for-ios-and-android.128866/ that's their thread and I think somewhere on there (or some other thread) it says it does support certain add-ons like shoutbox.

I think ForumApps might be a good idea but to go and get their own developed is just unneeded.

That’s not the point, he point is to help with platform support. Some people have older models and connecting is hard. If you have a IPhone X Then you could careless. It’s not a waste.
Why would MCM spend thousands on a feature that's a pure 'extra' this isn't needed and it's just wasting Micks money.

This would be a good idea, People would love to view their messages when at School, Work, or even Volunteering somewhere.

I think there should be an app. But as multiple other people have stated, the costs HEAVILY weigh out the benefits. The app would probably just be the exact same thing as you'd see on google except a little more optimized. And has for people saying Mick makes tons of money anyways, I doubt that they make enough to throw away on an app that has few benefits. Most people want an app because they want push notifications anyways, which can easily be achieved with 3rd party services, or without all the unnecessary development of an entire app.

Maybe Xenforo should make an app?
What Marek said is basically the only viable option. Xenforo is pretty secure in itself, so I'd trust them to make an app as well, and it'd be a lot more viable for them than for a single site using their forum package.

just 20$ with extra
Apple Developer Account - $99/yr
Google Play Store Developer Account - $25/one-time

Read a few posts back. ForumApps doesn't support addons
ah then no hope, mcm is filled with addons.
rather than spending 1k+ on an app i'd rather spend it on improving mcm to the better, 1k+ is a big amount nothing easy to get.

i mean you still need wifi i don't see any other benefit to forum apps? just open safari, googlechrome type in mc-market.org simple and easy the forum is mobile-responsive

It supports certain add-ons from what I understand.
If they support shoutbox, and they support ads. I don't think there should be too many other add-ons that need to be supported.
