Hello McMarket! Today I'm going to be looking for a Team of Sorts to represent!
I was going to be doing this for someone else, however he wanted me to pay.
I am NOT paying, I'm just here to represent.
What I mean is find, recruit and look for new members to join! I will have a thread / use your thread and we could have a Buisness Account prehaps. I will simply look for new recruits to join!
Now another thing I suppose alot of you are probably asking yourself is, 'What do you look for in New Recruits'?
If I was to hire someone, the main priorities would be,
- Activity
- Good Spelling and Grammar
- Mature
Everyone deservers an equal chance, however the more effort someone shows will reflect on there chances!
A decent reputation would be bonus "points" I guess you could say, but reputation isn't everything as we all start somewhere.
I would also need someone who fully understands there role, if I were to hire them, meaning an interview perhaps first.
Another thing I'd do is some Background research - On other forums as well for vouches, activity, bans and general knowledge and being helpful.
With me as a representative I ensure you I can find you the best clients!
Also, since I am not paying (Unless it's really good, I will strictly not pay),
I only require 5% of profit per week.

I'm Zack, I'm 15 years of age and have been on MC-Market for 9 Months ish, and have so far gathered 33 reputation. My Reputation is going to be a big bonus when recruiting me as often lots of people will come to me. I'm active any time you need except school days, where I'm still active 7Hours/Day. I'm extremely cheap and hard working, and asure you I won't let you down!
Also, this isn't for Minecraft SERVERS, any buisness is fine. Doesn't matter the topic.
