Okay, so no one here knows me really, but that's cool. I wanted to share with you a story that happened to me a few weeks ago. It's a story about my £1 sunglasses from Poundstretcher and their untimely demise.
So, about a month (or so) ago, myself and some friends from college decided to take a little trip to Skegness beach. If you don't know, Skegness is on the coast of England and is a very common place to go on holiday/go to the beach. It was about an hour's drive from where we live and it was quite fun. Vlogged the whole way and we passed a little girl throwing up into a bag lmao. Unaware of what was to come, I took my trusty sunglasses.
Anyway, we arrive and we have a great time. We all chip in for some footballs, bat and ball, etc. and have fun on the beach. Then, some of us went on rides and I tried out this shooting range game (was fucking awesome). Then went to the arcade. Most of my money was spent here. It was pretty good though, won £5 and a Spider-Man toy on a claw machine lmfao.
This is where the hilariously unfortunate thing happens. Nearer the end of the day we all decided to go McDonalds (we were hungry af ok). At this point, I needed a piss. I had a camera in my pocket and sunglasses resting on my forehead. I went into the toilet, and some guy came out (obviously just had a shit). Anyway, I go into the cubicle and proceed to undo my belt and unzip, ready to let loose. I piss, I finish. Camera falls out my pocket (luckily onto the floor), so I bend down and pick it back up. I forgot the sunglasses were on my fucking head and they fall into the toilet, now filled with piss. I was literally about to go in and grab them, then I thought "fuck it", flushed the toilet and came out like nothing happened. There goes my £1 sunglasses.
TL;DR: Dropped my sunglasses into a toilet filled with piss, flushed the chain and carried on.
Sorry if you were expecting a much funnier story, that's about as funny as it gets.
