Usually administrative positions are given to people qualified to have the position. It's highly unlikely you'll have a professional manager in a Helper position. Best of luck on the server, though!

true but it is understandable building trust mostly if its for free. then some people can quickly screw around. and when paid less quick atleast in my eyes.

Agree with itzdlg here. If you've got a professional manager they won't be willing to start as helper for the simple reason that they already know how slow ranking up from helper to a manager is.

eh again true it can be slow just show them what you can do and you get promoted pretty quick.
