Hey We Are MCPlays We Are A New Server That Should Hopefully Be Open In 2 Months We Are Going To Have 25+ Games On Opening 60% Of Our Features Will Hopefully Be Custom.

Why Are You Posting Here
So As You're Proberbely Wondering Why Are We Posting Here This Is Why. We Are Recruiting A Build Team Which Should Consist Of Around 5-20 Members And A Small Development Team That Should Have 2-5 Members The Requirements Will Be Mentioned Below At This Moment In Time We Are Not Hiring Any Helpers,Mods,Admins Etc That Will Be On A Separate Post Closer To Opening

If You Are Wanting To Apply For Builder The Requirements Are
1) Have At Least 4 Build You Have Done In The Past With Screenshots
2) Be At Least 12 Years Old
4) Must Speak Fluent English
5) Be Able To Work As A Team With Out Getting In Arguments

DEVELOPER
If You Are Wanting To Apply For Developer The Requirements Are
1) Must Know Your Ways Around The Following HTML,CSS,php,MySQL,Java
2) Be Willing To Code Custom Web Pages/Plugins
3) Know How To Edit .yml Files

What Do We Get Out Of It?
So At The Start Before Opening You Wont Really Get A Lot Of Stuff As We Wouldn't Have Gotten Donations But Once We Do Get Donations We Will Split Profits Between All Devs And Builders So First Month Could Be $5 A Month Per Person Then Later On Like In 3 Months It Could Be $300 Per Person So Your Pay Is Donations To The Server So The Better Job You Do More Players And More Donations

Each Staff Member Will Have To Complete An Application The Formats Will Be Below But When/If You Do Get Accepted You Will Get A Custom (Username)@mcplays.com Email So Other Staff Members Can Email You Finally You Will Get A Week Trial Stage After Application Stages To Show Your Skills
