Hello, my name is Luve and I am the owner of MCPots.pw. This is a Practice PvP Server that bring a good pvp experience! We are a brand new server that will be launching this Friday at 6:00PM CST. Right now I need a few moderators and such, but let me explain what the server is.

What can you bring to MCPots: Well I really have alot of experience in minecraft pvp as I was a really good pvper about a year back. And I can really help catch hackers.
Why do you want to be a mod: Well as I said I would be really useful catching hackers because I have alot of experience in pvp. But other then that I would just help and be on and make things right.

What can you bring to MCPots: Dedication towards my position as staff. i will work as hard as i can to keep the community and the server clean from any rule breakers such as cheaters. I know how to ss well and i have been apart of the pot pvp community for 2 years.
Why do you want to be a mod: I want to be a mod due to me being hungry to help clean up servers from cheaters, aswell as that i think i can play a big role in helping the server progress and improve day by day.

What can you bring to MCPots: I can bring great happiness and less hackers to McPots. Im a skilled minecraft player who enjoys pvping and playing factions. If I was to get accepted this would be my very first time being staff on a practice pvp server. Im sure its not that much as a difference from factions moderation as thats what I'm really good at but I also like the challenge. Im good at finding those sneaky hack clients when ss people swell as 24/7 viewing (while on till i get off) of the chat making sure everything is going okay. I have delt with a server that had the duel plugin so I would spectate people and make sure nothing sketchy goes on so I do have a little bit of experience coming into a practice pvp server only.
Why do you want to be a mod: I wanna be a mod on your server due to 2 main things. 1- Ive wanted to be a staff member on a server like badlion or kohi but I need practice at it swell as I can gain knowledgemnt and make sure I do my best. 2- I enjoy keeping a community clean from hackers and other evil doers.

Past Servers: I've been staff on PulseHcf, which has been the only recently. I've been more focused on playing the gamemode.

What can you bring to MCPots: Because I will be a dedicated staff member. I'm Loyal, (As in I wont disobey, disrespect, or ignore anyone), I'm trustworthy (I'm here to help, not to betray/ruin the server.), I am efficient (I can quickly solve the problems of the players with quality, make sure they have the material they were looking for when they needed help. Whatever they need to be successful on the server.) I love to help people, I know you get this cheesy line in every application. But I'm the kind of person that doesn't judge someone by their voice, age, or friends. If someone that hit me offline for a day straight and needed help because he lagged out or something like that, I'd gladly help them! I will be on 4 hours a week day, and 8 hours on weekends. I will be professional and put this staff spot as my 1st duty in this game.
What would you do if someone was spamming: I would go by something I like to call the "Baseball Rules", it's a series of warnings which eventually lead to permanent punishments (I will only be using this for chat related situations). You start out with a warn (In this case just saying stop). Then I'd go to a temp-mute (10-30mins depending on what they are spamming). Then I'd perm mute, no question about it. I personally think it's very annoying when chat gets spammed. Especially if I'm trying to read it.
I would keep calm. Depending on how obvious it is depends on how I'd handle the situation. Lets say for instance someone is using killaura, or a autoclicker. I would start out by checking the cps (20 plus is impossible to get in my book ). I would freeze the player and politely ask them to join teamspeak. If they act afk or such I will give them 5mins. If they show any signs of resistance during the screenshare I will ask twice then warn them about the consequence of their action, refusal of ss. During ss's I check from skype sent files, to computer downloads. I'm good at screen sharing because I used to be friends with some people that screen shared on kohi (Anonymous haha). While in his faction he'd often do screenshare checks to make sure we were legit. I picked up a thing or two. If I found a hack I'd tell them that It's a perm ban. I wouldn't usually perm ban unless it was DDoS. Not ddos threats. (DDoS threats can be from a mute-temban depending on how serious it was).

Why do you want to be a mod: Because I want MinePots to finally be a great practice server which has a accurate ban system and a overall great community. I feel that I can play a big role in helping the server achieve a great ratio of players to hackers, as almost every server you log onto over 20% of the people you battle use cheats. I find this frustrating and all I want to do it help
