The bot would have a command to add "dangerous" command that player would need to enter a password. Whenever player would enter //wand as a example he would be asked for a password that bot would generate on the channel. If he would answer that correctly, he would pass otherwise it would return that command and would append a log into bot that someone tried to use this command and failed the password authentication

LICENSE

Whenever server would run the plugin, the plugin would check if there is a license key in the config, if no that plugin would disable due to invalid license. The bot would store invalid license-check. The bot would be able to take a logs of how many server's are currently running with the license and what version are they running currently, and many more statistics / checks.

I feel like this would get annoying for people very quickly.

Why? There will be an option, to turn it on, on logging. So as far you logged on and entered correct pin it all will be unlocked, since if any other person would log in, current person on the account would get kicked.
