Quite frankly, I think all banned members should stay banned. Like others have stated, if you're banned on here, it's possible you'd go to MCS. Therefore it'd be way too big a risk to the community.

Exactly what we're doing. We're already getting people trying to appeal because MCsell was where they went after getting banned, but all of them are being denied. Same goes for members banned on MCsell.

I'm sure if the mcsell user who was scammed found out their identity and opened a scam report against them, and were proven guilty they'd be banned
