Definitely, I think the plural version would be worth more but i don't own that one, only offering the singular version MCServer.org

The plural version is actually owned by MinecraftServers.org

You could probably sell it to some server hosting company so they can use it for the free sub domain thing like example.mcserver.org

I think that would be a good option, it's pretty good for offering subdomains[DOUBLEPOST=1566915098][/DOUBLEPOST]Updated: added the option to BIN directly through NameCheap.
Easy way to just automatically have everything done through them for quick and easy transaction.
