What servers have you worked with in the past?
I've worked with many servers in the past. Some of which include Slimey Factions, Purge Network, and Faction Tekkit
What would you tell to people that had to deal with younger people younger than them?
I would tell them to think younger. Being 14, I've had to deal with this, and if I think that I am their age, I can usually get my point across pretty clearly.
What is your preferred work environment?
Anything works for me. I am a very flexible person and a team player. Im cool to do what ever is needed for the server.
What are your other skills (Graphic Design, Coding, etc.,):
I code a little, but not enough to do anything useful. I also do some banner work, but I'm just learning. I do though, know System Administration well. I've been doing it for about 2.5 years and can do any plugin config or server setup.
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
My strengths are the ability to work in a team effectively. I really know how to lead and keep people heading in the right direction instead of arguing with one another. My main weakness would be my attention span to chat. Usually I am doing commands, involving System Administration work, so I don't pay attention to chat during that. But when I'm not doing my Sys Admin work, I do pay attention.

What would you tell to people that had to deal with younger people younger than them? Help as much as you can, Age is but a number in the eyes of a mature person, and over all, patience is a virtue.

What are your other skills (Graphic Design, Coding, etc.,):I am useful in photoshop, (not the best, but I try my best at anything) I have been in web development for about 5 years, languages include PHP, Javascript, (html & css). I work for a vps hosting company (KBVE) I know servers very well. I know my way around the backend of a box or in the control panel. I am able to code java and lua. Those are the main things I do. But I will give my best at anything.
